Location: KrakówHybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years oldThe Tax Product Support Analyst performs an active role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of GTS’ business applications, as well as other interacting or connecting systems, data sources, and platforms, develops and maintains documentation related to applications, coordinates and delivers training with end users, and reports to a Senior Tax Product Manager, who manages the delivery of tax-focused products in various areas across GTS’ remit (i.e., Investment Tax, Tax Operations, and other GTS and SD units). The Tax Product Support Analyst, collaborates with SMEs, and GTS Management, to gather business requirements to enhance / implement applications across GTS’ product and support scope, drives the requirements delivery and understanding with Systems and Business Partners and application vendors, leads and participates in the development design based on the requirements, prepares / executes the user acceptance test / regression test initiatives, and collaborates with SMEs to develop and/or update procedures.The Tax Product Support Analyst manages multiple initiatives simultaneously, when applicable. Acts to prioritize all work to ensure quality, and that initiatives are completed on time, and on budget.In your team you will be responsible for:1. Tax Applications: Drive Initiatives- Using knowledge of GTS business, change initiatives, and management / operating needs:
- Gathers requirements from Management and SME(s) related to GTS’ initiatives
- Actively engages to ensure that management reporting needs are met as needs evolve
- Leads efforts to develop requirements and design of solutions
- Ensures that all initiative constituents understand and are aligned on all matters relating the change initiatives
- Manages initiatives to prescribed timelines and budgets
- Facilitates and participates in all business testing efforts to ensure quality of all new developments and enhancements
- Drives the development and revision of procedures, as well as training
- Client Servicing
- Serves as a GTS SME for GTS initiatives (internal and external clients, and vendors)
- Trains internal and external clients as needed
- Represents GTS as a change agent, initiative leader, and SME
- Considers all stakeholders in project participation for impacts
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- 5 to 7 years job experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused, assertive and concise manner
- Working knowledge of applicable US and Global tax administrative, procedural, and regulatory environments
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously.
