We are looking for a Tax Manager experienced in international tax advisory and compliance within multinational organizations. Key responsibilities include managing tax operations across regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC), ensuring transfer pricing compliance, and planning corporate tax strategies. You’ll review tax returns, monitor legislation updates, and liaise with tax authorities. Collaboration with external advisors and internal teams (engineering, product, legal, etc.) is essential. Proven skills in compliance, process improvement, and strategic tax guidance are required.
Responsibilities- Providing tax advisory support with business localization projects and new product launches;
- Ensuring consistency of group transfer pricing policy and ensuring compliance with TP requirements locally;
- Tax planning for the group corporate strategic initiatives;
- Reviewing tax returns of group entities (EMEA / LATAM / APAC);
- Regular monitoring of tax legislation and administrative practice updates in relevant jurisdictions;
- Liaison with tax authorities;
- Communication with external tax advisors;
- Cooperation with various teams within the company (engineering / product / legal / treasury / accounting / etc.).
Requirements
- Higher education (economics / law / accounting&audit);
- PQE +5 in tax area;
- Deep knowledge of international taxation principles, concepts and trends'
- Understanding of transfer pricing rules;
- Experience in managing tax related projects for multinational digital companies;
- Ability to explain complex issues in clear and accessible manner;
- Strong problem-solving skills.
