Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining tax compliance and reporting of taxes to meet the company’s tax requirements. May provide services in tax research, audit responses and other specific tax-related areas. Ensures company compliance with government laws, governing tax rules for income, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST), sales and use, and/or other tax areas.
Office located in Dublin – The role is a hybrid role mixed between office and home working.

What will you be doing?
- Tax advice: develop professional relationships with the business and provide day-to-day support on requests, advice on (inter)national tax matters and developments, be the liaison between business and external advisors and coordinate between different teams, including the US and regional tax teams, legal, treasury, global finance and other stakeholders.
- Tax Compliance: Review of tax computations and returns for the UK and Irish group companies.
- Transfer pricing: manage TP compliance (preparation of TP documentation, drafting of intercompany agreements, perform periodical margin reviews), manage projects and mitigate TP risks.
- Tax reporting: preparation of periodical tax reporting under US GAAP (FAS109) and review of FIN48 positions in collaboration with the US tax team.
- Other: manage cross-functional projects and assist on M&A and other corporate projects.
What about you?
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, law, or comparable qualifications. Specialization or post-graduation in tax is a plus.
- The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of professional experience in an international tax department or tax consultancy (e.g. Big4).
- Good understanding of operational processes and business models.
- Project experience in international tax law desirable.
- Very good expertise in the area of direct taxes and transfer pricing.
- Fluent spoken and written language skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Confident appearance and good communication as well as presentation skills.
- High self-motivation and proven ability for independent and structured project work and able to demonstrate a hands-on approach.
- Team spirit, eager to perform and flexibility including willingness to occasional business trips.
