What will my day-to-day look like as a tax associate?

Work on a variety of assignments such as preparing tax returns, communicating with taxing authorities, drafting memos, and attending client meetings
Collaborate with professionals across levels from associates to partners who bring diverse skill sets and expertise to client matters
Engage in regular discussions with colleagues to exchange ideas, ask questions, and receive feedback
Attend training sessions to strengthen your technical knowledge and learn how to best serve clients
Participate in firm social events to build relationships and feel connected to your Frazier & Deeter community
Learn from your buddy mentor who supports you throughout your first year, answers questions, and helps you navigate the firm
