The Tax and Accounting Specialist’s mission is to ensure the
organization's financial health and compliance.
Responsibilities:

Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to VAT reporting and declarations performed by Uniops(D300, D394,D390);
-
Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws
-
SAFT declarations for Unilever Romania and USCE;
-
Intrastat declaration for intracommunity arrivals and expeditions goods.
-
Environmental Fund Administration return journal in BL for closing VAT GL accounts.
-
Mandatory annual stock inventory.
-
National Statistics reporting stock value.
-
Various balance reconciliation accounts.
-
Various accounting journals;
-
Providing support to internal audit and fiscal control;
-
Responsible for the accounting records generated by the management of the two shops.

Support performing Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting and Capital Expenditure /Order Accounting for diverse and complex business operations.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience in a similar role.

Medium English Knowledge (conversational).
-
Proven experience in experience in Fixed Assets Accounting area, or in performing different analysis like leasing/ depreciation/ provisions analysis.

In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, broader experience in tax area; to be able to foresee all challenges that we may face from fiscal perspective.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
