Join a dynamic group of professionals within the Corporate Income Tax Team at Constellation Brands. This role offers diverse responsibilities including, but not limited to, compliance, provision, planning, and income tax audits. Your Roles:
- Prepare income tax returns with a specific focus on international tax returns, while also expanding your understanding of the business.
- Monitor local country tax compliance and legal governance for specific international operations.
- Sharpen your tax research skills by identifying and researching current tax issues, including the impact of new tax legislation.
- Develop your tax accounting skills while assisting in the ASC 740 tax provision process each quarter.
- Assist management in handling IRS and international tax audits.
- Support tax department leaders in planning and assessing the tax implications of various business initiatives.
- Apply data management skills and accounting knowledge to drive improvements in tax department processes.
- Take the lead and/or support initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy through the implementation or application of technology.
- Build cross-functional relationships and develop an understanding of the business to identify opportunities or assess risk.

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus; International Tax Experience a plus
- Minimum one to three years accounting and/or diverse corporate tax experience from either a public firm, large corporation, or combination of both.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; ability to meet deadlines
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required
- Technical Tax and Accounting Research Skills
- Knowledge of SAP or Corptax and/or fluency in Spanish are a plus

- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Finance & AccountingThe salary range for this role is:
$63,200.00 - $92,800.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
