About the Company:
Leverage global compliance processes and tools alongside local tax and accounting expertise to help clients manage and gain transparency over their domestic compliance and reporting obligations across selected industries.
Proactively identify potential risks, escalate issues when necessary, and support timely resolution.
Foster a positive learning environment by coaching and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional and personal development.
Participate in client engagements and assist in managing engagement economics, including resource planning, fee tracking, and issue escalation.
Contribute to tax team's growth initiatives and build strong internal networks within the tax compliance team and across other service lines.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Finance, or those with full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA and CPA Australia).
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good report writing, computer, leadership and people skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for details.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Skills Required
