KEY PERFORMANCE

  • Prepare and completed Tax returns as many returns as possible to the company.
  • Identify tax issues and solution to solve.
  • Manage tax issues/audits/litigation relating to Core tax (CIT, VAT, WHT).
  • Ensure tax compliance and tax reporting and accuracy of the numbers.
  • Take ownership and drive tax audits.
  • Work closely with BOI specialist to make sure that the company are aligned for both tax and BOI.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for Research and maintain tax and financial records
  • Prepare, complete, and file tax returns for individuals and companies
  • Monitor and respond to tax authority communications
  • Use accounting procedures to identify any potential risks
  • Offer advice and suggestions on reducing costs and improving profits
  • Prepare tax forms and documents
  • Assist with tax audits for both Revenue and External Audit
  • Tax submission (PND3,53,54,50,51 and Etc.)
  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Other task assignment to support to the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-year experience in general accounting, particularly 5-year experience in Accountant
  • Tax knowledge and regulation.
  • Must have excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and a prior experience with large scale ERP systems
  • Effective presentation skill to respond to finance controller for his/her questions or comments.
  • Be able to present facts and recommendation systematically.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrate strong passion in driving to achieve goals and objective
  • Advanced a fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good team player with ability to manage multi-priorities under pressure
