BUSINESS TITLE: General Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Verify Tax invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness in compliance with the tax rules and regulations of Revenue Department.
• Prepare journal entries related to VAT transactions at month-end close.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation related to VAT, Withholding Tax and Intercompany AR accounts.
• Daily upload exchange rates from bank website to Oracle system
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and withholding tax (PP 30, PND 3, PND 53, PND54 and PP36)
• Prepare the sales receipts for domestic customers on monthly basis.
• Prepare documents and reports to support VAT refund audit by Revenue department.
• Provide documents to support BOI team for import duty refund.
• Support internal and external auditors during yearly audit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Having knowledge of VAT and Withholding tax is a plus.
• Fair command in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
