What You Will Do:
- Assisting Finance team members on all transfer pricing matters, including providing support documentation for audits, assisting in the information gathering and completion of Transfer Pricing Documentation and assisting with the communication and explanation around transfer pricing policies.
- Supporting the analysis of intercompany transactions to ensure they are conducted at arm's length.
- Conducting transfer pricing processes in line with deadlines, such as true-ups and margin calculations based on local statutory reporting.
- Providing project support on transfer pricing topics, including company acquisition transitions and APA applications, as required.
- Proper interpretation of transfer pricing-related, country-specific regulations as well as the general TP framework.
- Staying up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations and recommend process improvement as needed.
- Continuous improvement mindset to deliver ongoing efficiencies.
- Identifying tax risks associated with transfer pricing, and assisting in mitigation of the risk.
- Being a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.

What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxes, preferably with a minimum of 1 year exposure to transfer pricing.
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and international tax laws.
- Fluent in English.
- Effective written & verbal communication & influencing skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good reasoning skills and capacity to provide sound judgment concerning the areas of responsibility.
- Self-starter who can organize, plan and prioritize their own workload.
- Customer focus and business acumen (preferred).
- Experience of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Power BI and SAP (all preferred).
