More about this role
In our Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of understanding consumer needs and bringing our brands to life. As an intern, you'll play a key role in helping our brands stay relevant and inspiring by supporting the development and execution of strategic brand plans. You'll gain hands-on experience in brand management, lead your own projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of some of the world's most loved brands.
This is a full-time role, based in Bucharest for a duration of 4 months.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies and marketing plans to meet ambitious business goals
- Support the Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager in creating the marketing mix and launching new campaigns, product innovations, or packaging designs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, drawing actionable insights for business challenges
- Take ownership of your own projects, working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. creative agencies)
- Support day-to-day business operations
What we're looking for:
- Student or recent graduate (Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business Administration or related field)
- Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
- A creative and open-minded team player
- Strong data proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong level of English
