Start you career as a future leader, we're looking for bold, curious, and ambitious graduates to join our Supply Chain Graduate: Leadership Development Program.
Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work across different locations and Supply Chain functions, which might include, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Management & Procurement.
What's in It for You?
- Three Rotations (12 months each): Explore different areas of our business through challenging and diverse roles. You will rotate between locations domestically and/or internationally (depends on the location where you are recruited). This gives you a broad understanding of how MDLZ operates and helps you discover your passions.

- Impactful Projects: You'll be given opportunities to work on real-world projects that directly contribute to MDLZ's success. Your work will matter!
Your first rotation will be as Continuous Improvement Engineer, and you will be responsible for:
- Development and promotion of the IL6S culture,
- Supporting the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in the section,
- Identifying and analyzing deviations and weaknesses in the section, initiate corrective actions, and track results,
- Supporting the development and training of production teams in IL6S methods to improve processes and reduce losses,
- Supporting team leaders in achieving the plant targets within the section,
Who Are We Looking For?
You are willing to become a future leader within Mondelēz International, and should be comfortable with a varied career track, and expect geographic mobility.
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Fluent in English; German (B2-C1)
- Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
- A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
- Passionate about innovation and sustainability
- Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
- Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
