Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Global Marketing Communications Specialist to take ownership of TASKI's global market communications (Marcom) with a specific focus on the French market. This newly created position will offer you the chance to make a significant impact in shaping and driving our brand messaging worldwide. You will lead our social media presence, manage content, and collaborate closely with global teams and external creative agencies like Mulberry. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment, enjoys creative collaboration, and has the drive to lead projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Marcom (70%): Lead global marketing communications for TASKI, collaborating with external creative agencies and internal teams.

Manage TASKI’s LinkedIn channel, developing a content calendar showcasing innovations, events, and global updates.

Partner with regional teams (EMEA, APAC) to exchange ideas, align on messaging, and ensure consistent brand voice.

Support global events such as ISS (Amsterdam) and ISSA (USA), overseeing themes, visuals, and marketing materials.

Coordinate the production of brochures, leaflets, and presentations in partnership with external agencies and freelance designers.

Be an ambassador for TASKI’s innovative products, promoting them through newsletters and internal/external communications.

French Cluster (30%): Localize global initiatives for the French market.

Adapt global content into French, ensuring translations resonate with the local audience.

Support local events, manage minor administrative tasks, and troubleshoot any logistical or operational issues.

Ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies within the French cluster.
Qualifications & Experience:

Language Skills: Fluency in French and proficiency in English are essential.

Marketing Experience: Previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a related industry (cleaning machines, automation, or similar technical sectors).

Creative Skills: A keen eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to produce basic graphic content is a plus.
