Peraton is seeking a Task Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA.
- Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
- Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
- Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
- Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
- Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
- Prepares daybook requirements for following business day to include: Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task Management
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift
- TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
- Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
- Experience in the following is required:
- Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
- Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
- Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
- Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. - TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
