Job Title: TASC Case Manager Supervisor — South Central NC
Location: Multiple Counties in South Centeral NC
Hours: 40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F, Exempt
Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking a qualified TASC Case Manager Supervisor to supervise our TASC Care Managers in the following counties: Cumberland, Hoke, Scotland, Robeson, Sampson, and Duplin.
This position is supported by our regional offices in Fayetteville and New Bern, NC. It is office-based and requires travel. The primary office is located in Cumberland County.
Primary duties include:
- Performing supervisory and administrative work in directing programmatic activities for Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC).
- Supervise TASC staff on non-clinical matters throughout the designated coverage area.
- Serve as the main contact for staff and community partners daily.
- Being an active participant in the TASC Leadership Team meetings
- Being an active participant in the Justice Services Leadership Team meetings
- Assisting with intakes/assessments and care management activities during vacancies or as needed, based on staffing needs
- Aggregate and analyze caseload compliance and productivity data.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Regional Director
Required educational/experiential qualifications:
- Master’s degree (2 years) preferred or bachelor’s degree (4 years) in social work, human services, or related field. At Master’s level – minimum of 1 year providing director counseling and/or supervisory services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse services. At the Bachelor’s level, a minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Preference given to individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
