Supervise TASC care managers across multiple North-Central North Carolina counties, overseeing non-clinical activities, staff support, community partnerships, leadership participation, and caseload compliance reporting. Assist with intakes, assessments, and care management during staffing gaps or as needed. The office-based role is centered in Durham County and requires travel.

Provides peer recovery support and case management to overdose survivors and individuals at risk. Connects clients with addiction treatment, mental health care, medication management, harm reduction, housing, EMS, and community resources. Conducts outreach, home visits, transportation, education, mentoring, care coordination, and follow-up using lived recovery experience to reduce barriers and improve continuity of care.

Provide peer support to justice-involved individuals in the TASC program: engage clients in treatment and recovery services, coordinate with care managers and community partners, assist with housing/transportation/employment/medical access, document outcomes, and support continuity of care across probation, treatment providers, and social services.

Provide peer support and mentoring to justice-involved individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders; assist clients with treatment engagement, community resources, appointments, housing, transportation, and other barriers; document services and collaborate with justice systems, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Provides recovery-based supportive services to clients, including engagement with treatment and wellness services, care coordination, resource connection, transportation as needed, documentation of services, and sharing lived experience to support health, wellness, and recovery goals. Works onsite and in community settings, supports incarcerated individuals entering treatment.

Provide peer support and mentoring to justice-involved individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders; assist engagement in treatment and community resources, accompany to appointments, address barriers like housing and transportation, document services, and collaborate with justice and healthcare partners.

Provide peer support to justice-involved individuals in the TASC program: promote engagement with treatment, psychiatric and primary care, recovery supports; assist with housing, transportation, employment, and wellness services; document services and outcomes; coordinate with TASC care managers, probation, treatment providers, and community resources.

Supervise TASC Care Managers across multiple South Central NC counties, coordinate with leadership teams, manage non-clinical staff issues, assist with intakes and care management as needed, monitor caseload compliance/productivity, and perform administrative duties.

Provides peer-based recovery support to clients in outpatient opioid treatment: encourages engagement in therapy and wellness services, conducts rapid communicable disease screening, documents outcomes and services, shares lived-recovery experience, assists with resource navigation, and coordinates care with treatment and support staff.
