Job Description:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible in utilizing sourcing techniques to support Corporate and Specialized roles. You will focus on headhunting and pipeline building. You will closely work with Talent Acquisition to attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address sourcing needs and convert leads into actual hires. You will also expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate and manage proactive sourcing channels - job boards resume mining features, candidate referrals, candidate revisit, keep warm, headhunting, cold calling, for Corporate and Specialized Hiring - mostly for Finance and Investments-related hiring.
  • Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategies.
  • Strengthen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the recruiters and different sourcing channels to understand the hiring requirements, target fulfillment dates, and obtain clarity on the job profiles.
  • Write sourcing documentation and statements to monitor sourcing channel performance.
  • Adhere to all relevant Manulife guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably a graduate of Marketing, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
  • With at least 4 years Talent Sourcing experience in the BPO/ Shared Services industry.
  • Experience in proactive sourcing or headhunting is an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience sourcing and recruiting for complex and niche roles such as Actuarial, Data Analytics, Finance, Bilingual, and Technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a heavy workload environment while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (site assignment is in Quezon City, 3x a week)
