The Opportunity
As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you belong to the IWS chapter/ SP / Recruiting AoP and are based in the PSS organization, fully dedicated to IWS, acts globally or regionally, across countries, supporting requests as per tag. You will be involved in the company’s most strategic talent pipeline initiatives by working as a pool with TSPs and TAPs, to provide support for initial talent landscape mapping and individual talent identification of both internal & external talents and generating insights.
Responsibilities
Source and identify talents for strategic pipeline and active requisitions using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Research from all channels to put together a diverse market/talent mapping list, with the guidance/coach from the Strategic Pipeline (pipeline) and Recruiting (active requisition) AoP (area of practice).
Conduct outreach to candidates, when required, to engage interest and align further discussions with a Talent Acquisition Partner
Contribute to the development of recruiting/pipelining process improvements and projects as needed
Who you are
University degree or equivalent on-the-job training / experience gained as well as additional languages required to support designated region.
Proven expertise in the pharmaceutical industry: The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing top talent for positions such as R&D professionals, engineers specializing in computer science, data scientists, and hardcore software engineers within the pharma space. A strong understanding of the unique challenges and skillsets required for these roles in the pharmaceutical field is essential.
Familiarity with Boolean, LinkedIn, Indeed, Phenom People, Workday and other talent sourcing tools is essential.
Strong collaborative mindset, can work well in global settings, speaking fluent business Spanish & English, be openness to different cultural backgrounds and diversity
Must reside in a Support Solution Hub within the designated region.
Preferred
Fluency in Portuguese and/or French.
