Engineering Coordinator
Coordinate and manage projects to improve actual conditions or attend a business need - leading projects up to managers and coordinators. The project development involve ideation, planning, execute, monitoring and closure with stakeholders using project management tools and internal system considering improvement in maturity of Site. Also, will execute the FEL Project Management process and governance in Costa Rica site and Global process. This role can manage all type of project and focus on big project that pass over 1 MUSD of investment making the requested reports and define asset useful life.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and supervise project to improve or attend a business need.
Generates reports, schedule and presentation for big projects and control systems.
Coordinate RFQ and purchase plan to organize execution of projects.
Coordinate resources and supervise assigned project to assure EHS & FSQ using BOS.
Knowledge & Experience
Education: Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
Experience: 5 years food industry on production sites
Language: English, Spanish
Location: Costa Rica, San José, Pavas
