About the role:

With ambitious growth goals, we need someone with a sharp eye for talent who can help us build a strong pipeline of candidates across Lithuania, the US, and beyond. You'll be the engine behind our hiring, identifying top candidates across Software Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and more. What will you do @Omnisend:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles and seniority levels through proactive sourcing

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates

  • Leverage networking, social platforms, Boolean search, and other innovative approaches to reach top talent

  • Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and approaches to make sourcing smarter and more efficient

  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to spark interest in Omnisend opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

  • Research and map talent pools, competitors, and market trends to inform sourcing strategy

  • Participate in building and strengthening Omnisend's employer brand presence across relevant channels

  • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects an exceptional experience from first touch

We expect that you'll bring:

  • Around 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting

  • Experience in IT sourcing would be a strong advantage

  • Research skills and proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)

  • Curiosity and drive to continuously test new tactics, channels, and outreach approaches

  • A genuine interest in AI and enthusiasm for exploring how AI tools can elevate HR and recruitment practices

  • Excellent communication skills - you know how to craft a message that gets a reply

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • You’re passionate about recruitment and excited to continue deepening your expertise in talent sourcing and hiring
