Own and evolve the merchant-facing Forms product (builders, popups, renderers). Build scalable, high-performance frontend and backend systems, contribute to product and technical decisions, and implement AI-driven features to speed form creation and recommendations while ensuring reliability, accessibility, and great user experience.

Own product communications by turning product and customer insights into messaging, triggers, and assets that drive adoption and retention. Conduct market and usage analysis, define positioning and lifecycle communications, enable internal teams with briefs and updates, create documentation and storytelling assets, and measure impact to iterate on campaigns and triggers.

Lead design and development of Omnisend's App Platform, building scalable, highly available front-end and back-end systems. Improve platform health, monitoring, logging, and developer experience; resolve complex technical issues; contribute to architecture and technical decisions; document best practices; and support teams by shipping impactful features and AI tooling.

Manage and grow relationships with digital marketing agencies: recruit and onboard partners, provide training and enablement, run co-marketing initiatives, monitor partner performance, support sales/gtm efforts, gather partner feedback, and occasionally travel to meet partners.

Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners to drive merchant acquisition for Omnisend. Prospect and recruit high-potential marketing agencies, maintain recruitment pipeline in HubSpot, track metrics, and coordinate onboarding and handoffs to enablement teams. Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and sales to grow the partner ecosystem and hit growth targets.
