Serve as the centralized strategic partner for a portfolio of agency partners, driving retention, ROI growth, feature adoption, and performance improvements through reviews, audits, onboarding coordination, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.

Paid, remote social media internship handling day-to-day profile management: scheduling and publishing posts, drafting content, creating simple visuals, monitoring communities, responding to basic comments, tracking post performance, and supporting senior team members. Provide high-quality email and chat support to Omnisend customers, resolving issues, managing escalations, and owning specialized areas (billing, outages). Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, and Deliverability teams, contribute process improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and cover EET shifts including weekends.

Own product communications by turning product and customer insights into messaging, triggers, and assets that drive adoption and retention. Conduct market and usage analysis, define positioning and lifecycle communications, enable internal teams with briefs and updates, create documentation and storytelling assets, and measure impact to iterate on campaigns and triggers.

Build and own reporting capabilities end-to-end. Design scalable backend services and data flows, shape technical/product decisions, lead cross-service problem solving, improve engineering practices, and operate services in production with strong testing and observability.

Provide high-quality email and chat support for Omnisend customers, own specialized areas (billing, outages, product features), manage escalations with internal teams, propose process improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and cover assigned shifts including weekends (3AM–3PM EET shift).

Lead product discovery and delivery for the Reporting team, turning high-volume event data into trusted insights and recommendations. Drive experimentation, user research, and analytics-informed decisions to improve reporting, AI-driven insights, and merchant workflows. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, set objectives, and prioritize impact to help merchants understand performance and next steps.

Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners to drive merchant acquisition for Omnisend. Prospect and recruit high-potential marketing agencies, maintain recruitment pipeline in HubSpot, track metrics, and coordinate onboarding and handoffs to enablement teams. Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and sales to grow the partner ecosystem and hit growth targets.
