We are growing our Recruiting team and looking for a Talent Sourcer.
Your impact:
- Proactively source qualified candidates based on job requirements through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Identify new contacts and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment funnel.
About you:
- 1+ years of experience as a Researcher or Sourcer.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms.
- Proven track record in market research and data analysis.
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
