What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their talent needs and develop a sourcing strategy to meet those needs

  • Conduct extensive research and sourcing to identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications

  • Manage the interview process end-to-end

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a consistent flow of potential talent

  • Utilize data-driven metrics to track sourcing success and continually improve the sourcing process

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are implemented

 

What you need to have
  • 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related field.

  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines

  • A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-performance environment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English

 

Nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
