SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
We are seeking highly motivated Talent Sourcer who operate with intensity, intellectual rigor, and deep ownership to support SpaceXSI as we scale. You will build robust talent pipelines filled with the top talent in the world across machine learning research, software engineering, infrastructure, product, and business operations. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven sourcer who can leverage both traditional and non-traditional approaches to identify and engage exceptional talent that is not applying, and who is deeply aligned with the mission of building Super Intelligence.
Successful candidates will have outstanding communication skills, hold themselves accountable, possess a willingness and drive to manage a demanding high-volume workload, and thrive in a team environment with strong presentation skills. As a Talent Sourcer for SpaceXSI, you will build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and often be a candidate’s first conversation with SpaceXSI. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, own the search and handoff as an extreme owner, and ensure passive talent is closeable and excited about the opportunity.
