Mission:
In this role you will be responsible for providing sourcing support to our Account Management department. This will include roles such as our Director of Strategic Sales, Strategic Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
Outcomes:
- Source: Reach out to a minimum of 100 sourced candidates per week to assigned roles.
- Verify: Ensure candidates match key criteria outlined for assigned positions.
- Submit: Present qualified candidates to Smartcat Recruiting team, to conduct additional screening interviews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience sourcing sales candidates
- Experience recruiting or sourcing sales leaders
- Experience sourcing candidates in the United States
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools such as X-Ray search, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards.
- Ability to take coaching and feedback
- Fully remote team
