Overview
The Mastercard Move Europe team is looking for a Sales Specialist Director focusing on driving long-term and short-term strategic initiatives in commercializing Mastercard Move across Europe.
Your role will involve crafting compelling value propositions, developing go-to-market strategies, driving business development, and collaborating with local account management teams & customer solutions centres. You'll also maintain a constant alignment with the regional product team to ensure our products evolve to meet the division's needs.
Responsibilities DIRECTOR• Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the Assigned Targets, i.e. Large International Acquirers and Travel verticals.• Build and maintain the Sales plan for the Assigned Targets.• Develop tailored value proposition and TS narrative for the Assigned Targets.• Work in close relationship with all stakeholders (e.g. local and divisional BD teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities, select prospects, and achieve sales targets.• Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs (leading activities related to Assigned Target)• Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements / partnership to improve Transfer Solutions' footprint and competitiveness in the Assigned Target.• Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy for Assigned Targets (including definition of targets, KPIs and forecasting)• Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies• Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally• Work in close relationship with the regional product's team to maintain constant alignment on local markets needs• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.• Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.
Experiences• A successful track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets.• Proven experience translating strategies into clear action plans for multiple markets.• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain
technical topics in simple terms and respond swiftly to client-impacting situations.• Familiarity with a range of payment network technologies and ecosystems.• Experience in Cross Border Payments or Card push payments is required, understanding of market economics and dynamics of FX rates is a plus• Experience executing sales across various payment types, technologies, and customer segments.• Self-motivation and the ability to complete complex tasks with limited direction.• Proficiency in English is required. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred• Proven team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location• Athens, Warsaw, Lisbon, Budapest, Madrid, Frankfurt.
