What you will do
- Actively source candidates for a wide range of high-impact roles, including Python, JavaScript, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Java Developers, as well as DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Designers, and Product Managers.
- Use modern sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, and niche talent communities to identify top talent across LATAM, and Europe.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that spark interest and build lasting connections.
- Use creative strategies to uncover hidden talent, including Boolean search, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and community engagement.
- Represent Remedy with authenticity—showing candidates why they’d want to be part of what we’re building.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality talent aligned to our hiring roadmap.
- Tag, organize, and maintain candidate records in our ATS (Lever) for ongoing engagement.
- Stay current on tech talent trends in LATAM, Europe, and other key regions.
- Support the team in tracking sourcing metrics, analyzing outreach effectiveness, and making data-driven improvements.
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance sourcing workflows, research, and messaging strategies.
- Collaboration with talent ops and hiring leads to deeply understanding roles before launching searches.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campaigns that strengthen Remedy’s presence in the tech talent market.
What should your qualifications be?
- Ideally, you have 1 year of experience in tech recruitment sourcing technical talent, such as engineers, QA specialists, designers, or product managers, or you’ve completed a relevant internship where you supported sourcing or talent operations for similar roles.
- You have a good understanding of the tech industry and common IT terminology, and you’re familiar with the basics of talent sourcing.
- Genuinely excited about the tech world, apps, products, and people behind them.
- Resourceful and proactive, you know how to dig deep to find the right people others might miss.
- A strong written communicator in English (B2 level minimum), you can craft personalized outreach that feels natural and gets responses.
- Organized and detail-oriented, you’re comfortable managing candidate data and follow-ups without handholding.
- Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever, Ashby or Greenhouse.
- Exposure to startups or the product development process.
