We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Sourcer with a true hunter mentality — someone who thrives on proactively finding, engaging, and converting top talent rather than waiting for applicants to apply. This role is critical in building strong, diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, persistent, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for top talent through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods
  • Build and continuously nurture robust pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building
  • Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools
  • Partner closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and hiring urgency
  • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure strong alignment with technical skills, culture, and business needs
  • Track outreach efforts, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in the database (e.g., UKG)
  • Continuously test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates and time-to-fill
  • Champion diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices

Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting Demonstrated success filling roles through outbound sourcing (not just inbound applicants) Expert-level sourcing skills using Boolean logic, and various sourcing channels Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities High level of resilience, persistence, and follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong organization and pipeline management skills
