- Source exceptional candidates across engineering, product, design, business operations, and GTM
- Build and maintain robust, high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions (both technical and non-technical)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate complex requirements into targeted search strategies
- Create compelling outreach that engages passive candidates and drives strong response
- Own interview scheduling and coordination
- Keep pipelines clean and current in Gem, maintaining accurate status and data hygiene
- Experiment with and build AI-driven workflows to create sourcing and operational efficiencies
- 2+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting operations experience
- Demonstrated track record of building quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions
- Strong understanding of a wide range of roles and the ability to identify talent against complex requirements
- Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms
