Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for enterprise and consumer experiences, from concept through launch and optimization. Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user experiences; conduct research and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide decisions. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and stakeholders, define and scale the design system, and identify opportunities to improve products and customer outcomes.

Owns enterprise partner operations across CRM hygiene, automated communications, launch execution, advisory board logistics, gifting programs, audience lists, and workflow automation. Partners with sales, account management, and marketing teams to build scalable systems, coordinate multi-stakeholder launches, and ensure partner programs run accurately and on time. Requires travel of up to 50% for launches and events.

Own enterprise partner integrations end to end, from scoping and solution-design handoff through Java development, go-live, debugging, maintenance, and expansion. Collaborate directly with partner engineering teams, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows, and create documentation and integration resources. The role requires strong technical communication, AI-assisted development, frequent travel, and hands-on ownership of production integrations.
