Bilt Offices

Leads property onboarding, launch preparation, training, and post-launch success across the Bilt Alliance network. Manages smaller partnership portfolios, supports enterprise member-service escalations, conducts property team Q&A sessions, and builds relationships with property management stakeholders. Develops training materials, coordinates integrations, monitors onboarding progress, and represents Bilt at conferences and partner visits. Travel comprises approximately 25–30% of the role.

Own Brand product initiatives across Experiences, Collection, integrations, and Rent Free. Translate business priorities into actionable requirements, align stakeholders, map integrations, track metrics, and partner with engineers to drive projects from idea to launch.

Build and support partner-facing API integrations across Bilt’s payments, loyalty, commerce, and subscription ecosystem. Write production Java, SDKs, reference implementations, documentation, and prototypes; troubleshoot cross-system issues; define API contracts and architectures; support testing and launches; lead technical demos; and advocate internally for partner and platform improvements. The role requires close collaboration with partner engineers, product, sales, partnerships, and support teams.
