Join our team as a Talent Solutions Partner, where you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and connect them with the right talent.
This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on sourcing, candidate engagement, client partnership, and successful placements — with no sales or business development responsibilities.
How you will make a difference:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and placements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, agree recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.
- Proactively source, engage, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Manage multiple vacancies across different clients, roles, and locations while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with specialist Sourcing Teams and agency partners to build strong talent pipelines.
- Share market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.
- Ensure accurate recruitment records, positive candidate experience, and continuous improvement in delivery.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Strong direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
