The Role:
We’re hiring a Talent Resourcer to support our Talent team at AP+. Working in a casual capacity, 2 days per week (or flexible hours across school hours) in our CBD office, this role would be ideal for return-to-work parents, or anyone wanting meaningful work with balance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and targeted outreach via phone and email.
- Support talent mapping initiatives by identifying competitor organisations, target talent pools, and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pipelines within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and an exceptional candidate experience.
You’re early or even established in your career but seeking a flexible & meaningful.
- Previous experience as a Recruiter or Resourcer, ideally with up to 3 years' experience supporting hiring across multiple sectors, industries, or functional disciplines.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability, with proven experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and market insights to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and AI-powered tools to maintain accurate candidate data, streamline workflows, and deliver efficient recruitment outcomes.
