The role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our EMEA team in London.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality coordination and operational support across our hiring processes. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
In addition to core coordination responsibilities, you will partner closely with experienced recruiters and gain exposure to different aspects of the recruiting lifecycle within a high-performing, international environment.
Over time, the role may offer opportunities to further develop recruiting-related skills, depending on business needs and individual performance.
What you’ll do
You will act as a central point of coordination for recruiting activities while supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team in delivering effective hiring processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating candidate communications and ensuring a professional and timely experience
- Organizing logistics for interviews, hiring processes, and recruiting events
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking systems
- Supporting campus recruiting activities and other hiring initiatives
- Partnering closely with recruiters on active searches, providing coordination and administrative support
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including the adoption of new tools and technologies (such as AI-enabled solutions)
Over time, you have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities aligned with team priorities and business needs.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
You will bring:
- Experience in a coordination, administrative, or recruiting support role—ideally within professional services or a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems and data, including applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
- The ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinate activities across different time zones
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities as needed
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with regular in-person presence in our London office and be able to commute to the office as required
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.K. business hours as unique projects/needs arise
- Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

AlixPartners Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about AlixPartners and has not been reviewed or approved by AlixPartners.
-
Strong & Reliable Incentives — Pay is positioned as market-competitive to above-market in core consulting tracks, with sizable variable pay that can meaningfully lift total compensation in strong years. Total compensation is also described as especially competitive within restructuring/turnaround relative to many generalist peers, even if comparisons versus top strategy firms can vary by level and year.
-
Parental & Family Support — Paid parental leave is described as up to 12 weeks of bonding leave in addition to birth-related short-term disability, which is competitive in U.S. consulting. Family-building support is highlighted via fertility/IVF, surrogacy, and adoption assistance, plus programs to support new parents and caregivers.
-
Equity Value & Accessibility — A Value Accumulation Plan (VAP) provides equity-linked units after tenure thresholds, giving eligible employees long-term upside that is uncommon below the partner level in consulting. This ownership-like component is positioned as a distinctive wealth-building differentiator beyond standard salary and bonus.
