As a Talent Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactively identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Your focus will be on sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and representing our brand as an employer of choice.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team to ensure seamless and timely hiring processes while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

    • Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
    • Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular contact to create a strong talent pipeline.
    • Use creative sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media, online talent communities, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain candidate pools for high-demand roles by nurturing long-term relationships with qualified talent.
    • Engage with passive candidates to educate them about the company, culture, and career opportunities.
    • Schedule and conduct initial outreach calls or screening interviews to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs and challenges of their teams.
    • Provide market intelligence and feedback regarding the talent landscape.
    • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating the company's mission, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Track outreach metrics (e.g., response rates, sourcing activity, time-to-fill, etc.) and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
    • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate records of all candidate interactions and progress.
    • Provide regular reports on talent sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and job fairs to promote the employer brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve candidate engagement and outreach strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
    • Proven experience with passive candidate sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, etc.).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools (CRM).
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
    • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and present outreach metrics.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience recruiting for technical roles or in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • A background in human resources, business, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and content creation for outreach purposes.
