Talent Acquisition Professional - Hybrid

As a Recruiter in Insider team day in and day out you;

• will execute the recruitment strategy of Insider & help us exceed borders & march with the best out there,
• will be hiring for Business (regional and global) and Technical roles,
• will be coordinating the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost to hire, our aim is to become better with every day,
• will be conducting interviews while demonstrating Insider’s culture & creating a charming journey for candidates,
• will manage & support all the steps of the recruitment process for your candidates, you will accompany them through,
• will be cooperating with the management teams in developing talent and implementing improved and effective HR practices, we are building this community together,
• will be expanding the Insider team both regionally and globally,
• will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions, if you have an interest there is no holding back!

• have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
• have 2+ years of experience in recruitment,

• have strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately; we influence the whole community,
• are able to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment; every day is a new adventure,
• have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
• have experience with an ATS (preferably Lever)
