Role Summary
We are looking for a Talent Operations Contractor to provide short-term operational support across backend onboarding processes and Background Verification (BGV) coordination. This role will work closely with the Talent Ops team to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant execution of onboarding and verification activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end backend onboarding processes, including data checks, system updates, and documentation tracking
- Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) activities with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track BGV status, follow up on pending cases, and flag discrepancies for review
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of onboarding and BGV documentation
- Maintain trackers, records, and audit-ready documentation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely closure of onboarding and verification steps
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 months of experience in HR Operations / Talent Operations (relevant internship experience will be considered)
- Basic understanding of employee onboarding workflows
- Exposure to BGV processes is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with HR systems, trackers, MS Office and documentation
- Clear communication and coordination skills
