Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Operations Data Analyst will be a key analytical resource within Talent Acquisition (TA) and will operate as the “technical engine” of the Talent Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with recruiting and people data and will be comfortable navigating the inherent nuances of the recruiting space. They will have both the subject matter expertise and technical savvy to act as the primary SQL resource of the Talent Analytics team, using various data sources to enhance reporting and operations with a relentless focus on efficiency and scalability.
Work Mode:
Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency in the People & Places data infrastructure by writing and maintaining highly optimized SQL queries using multiple data sources.
- Partner with the People Analytics team to create and maintain complex, easily digestible dashboards in Sigma.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to improve data quality.
- Create capacity models to provide Talent leadership with flexible tools for scenario and resource planning.
- Create hiring forecasts for operationally distinct business functions.
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation on data infrastructure, metrics, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Address ad-hoc data and reporting requests from various functions across the People & Places team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI).
- Previous experience with Greenhouse and Workday data or strong understanding of recruiting and/or people data.
- Previous experience with capacity modeling.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
- Excellent project and change management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Proficient with Python or R.
- Minimum educational qualification: Any Undergraduate (UG) degree.
