What You'll Do:
- Support development and implementation of talent management programs
- Administration and support of Talent Development initiatives, programs, and platforms, including Workday and Adobe Connect
- Collaborate with program leads to develop, deliver, and support projects and programs, for Talent Development and Talent Acquisition including SharePoint pages and process documentation
- Create and run reporting related to talent management programs, i.e. performance and enrollment
- Collect data and develop insights for programs to enable continuous improvements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent administration skills; detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organized and effectively managing time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to use data to identify trends, explain the "story" and provide solutions for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fluid and collaborative work environment with changing deadlines
- A strong record of teamwork with the motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision
- Possesses a reputation for resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience in event planning, meeting organization desired
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
