Mission statement:
This is a Talent Partner role reporting into South Asia and will be based in Indonesia and will be reporting to Talent Management Lead, South Asia. You will be representing yourself as a subject matter expert for the stake holders and responsible for developing actionable talent strategies and solutions for businesses/Functions. You will be the custodian of the TM agenda in the countries – Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Your responsibilities
-
You will be creating talent pipeline and accelerating HiPo development through customized programs, mentoring, shadowing, coaching etc. and identifying and developing Early career talent and facilitate building/driving interventions to accelerate growth as part of Early Career program.

You will involve in engagement with HRBP, collaborate to define, develop and implement talent development strategies, engagement with TM community, participate and actively engage with the TM community for consistent understanding of the strategies, key initiatives and global programs to be deployed in the hub.

You will deploy global programs and initiatives in a consistent manner across the hub, Talent Acceleration, enable exposure, mobility, rotation & acceleration and establishment of robust succession plan for all critical roles and their development in the operating countries.

You will drive cultural changes through OD interventions, as per need and use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making for the stakeholders.

You will create a culture of Employee Value Proposition - focus on people and lead change with capability and talent (Attract & Grow people).

You will establish Hitachi Energy as the destination employer by leveraging Diversity360 through recruitment marketing and distinguished branding and Deepen partner, key, and core university relationships within established global framework. Closely working with universities for career fairs.

Your background:

You hold bachelor’s or master’s degree.
-
Minimum 6 to 8 years of professional HR/ TM & OD experience in a high performing global organization- preferred in manufacturing / automation /EPC industry.

Relevant work experience of partnering effectively at senior levels within the organization in a dynamic environment and across Business/ Functional leadership in country/global

Responsive, independent, collaborative, flexible, problem solver, willing to go into details, and work jointly with business Leaders.

Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service.

Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
