Role

This is a full-time role for an HR Talent Managementprofessional, located in Tokyo. The HR Talent Managementrole involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. The role also includes frequent communication in Japanese and English with local & global stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training skills
  • Capability in managing performance evaluations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent in Japanese and English
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry is a plus
