Talent Intern - Job Description

WHO WE NEED :
- You're currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship.
- You're cooperative and like to lend a helping hand to others. We have a collaborative culture here at HCSS where teamwork makes the dream work!
- You're detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.
- You have a strong interest in talent development, talent acquisition, and human resources.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Collaborate with team members on various talent-related projects and initiatives
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records
- Assist the team with organizing, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, company events, workshops, and other needs.
- Creating and updating job descriptions and job postings
- Help with managing and updating the company's career websites and job boards
- Support on content creation for social media and website updates related to employer branding and talent acquisition
- Collaborate on the creation and distribution of company-wide communications related to talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives
- Attend team meetings and take notes on action items or discussions to be distributed to team members
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- This internship is semester-based and we'll work around your school schedule. For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided, and you'll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You'll also have numerous opportunities to grow your knowledge base continuously.
