WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking an accomplished Talent Engagement Manager to play a critical role in managing and executing the day-to-day corporate recruiting activities. This individual would sit within the larger People & Culture (P&C) division, reporting directly to our Associate Director, Talent Engagement. As the Talent Engagement Manager, you’ll work with your Associate Director and all practice areas to perform full-life cycle recruiting efforts for the organization. This job is best suited for an individual with a wealth of expertise in corporate recruiting, an empathetic communication style, strong initiative to seek out creative approaches in finding top talent, and a passion for improving recruiting operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute the day-to-day full-life cycle recruiting activities for Fors Marsh, overseeing the recruitment for all positions and levels.

• Partner with all practices areas to plan and develop their labor needs in congruence with organizational standards and EEOC compliance.

• Attract and recruit highly qualified and inclusive professionals for open positions through the career’s website, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, and other sourcing methods.

• When engaging the labor market, use best practices to provide a meaningful experience where people can connect with our organization’s core values, goals, and culture.

• Evaluate existing recruiting policies, processes, systems, and procedures and recommend new solutions or enhancements to ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize and improve our applicant tracking system to its fullest potential to maintain a clean and organized pipeline of applications for various openings and matrixed skills.

• Support all DEIA initiatives as they relate to recruiting.

• Develop and maintain external relationships and partnerships with schools, associations, and search firms.

• Stay up to date on industry and workforce trends.

• Manage a small team of recruiting professionals and provide effective leadership for their well-being, performance, and career growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a blended background in corporate recruiting and executive search/staffing.

• 1-2 years of experience managing a recruiting team and developing recruiting professionals.

• Professional services industry experience, preferably in market research.

• Strong communication skills, capable of leading with empathy to collaborate on recruiting challenges at any level in the organization.

• High degree of competence in attention to detail, planning and organization, initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

• Proficient applicant tracking system experience, preferably in Breezy or a larger applicant tracking system.

• Basic to intermediate skill level in MS Excel.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
