Your Role
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will support the coordination, execution, and follow-up of Talent Development programs and talent management processes across the region. Working closely with the Regional Talent Development Manager, HR Business Partners, office leaders, and HR Analytics, you will help ensure that development initiatives are well organized, aligned with business needs, and properly tracked.
This role will focus on program coordination, learning administration, participant communications, data tracking, and follow-up actions from key professional development, performance, engagement, and leadership development processes. The Talent Development Specialist will serve as a key operational partner to the Regional Talent Development Manager and a reliable support to HRBPs and leaders in moving development actions forward.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate Talent Development programs, including scheduling, logistics, communications, materials, attendance tracking, and post-program follow-up.
- Partner with leaders, Human Resources, facilitators, and vendors to support the successful execution of learning and development initiatives.
- Track program participation, completion, feedback, action items, and overall progress.
- Support Human Resources with follow-up actions resulting from professional development, performance, engagement, and leadership development processes.
- Administer LMS Learning, including creating and updating training, entering attendance, maintaining records, and ensuring learning data is accurate.
- Maintain training calendars, participant lists, trackers, dashboards, shared folders, templates, and program resources.
- Use existing dashboards and reports to monitor Talent Development activity, summarize insights, and identify follow-up needs.
- Work closely with HR Analytics to gather, validate, and interpret Talent Development data.
- Prepare program recaps, reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Support administrative responsibilities related to vendors, invoices, registrations, documentation, and learning resources.
- Help improve the participant’s experience and strengthen consistency across Talent Development processes.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, HR, People Operations, Training Coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with LMS Learning or another learning management systems.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qualtrics is a plus.
- Ability to use existing data and dashboards to summarize insights.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
