Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Development Specialist to join us in the People Team in London! If you are someone who thrives on connecting with people and fostering their growth, this could be your next professional endeavor.
We are looking for an individual to significantly contribute to our onboarding experience. This role primarily involves serving as a key facilitator for our Company Onboarding, ensuring an inspiring, engaging, and impactful start to every Newbie's journey at Wise. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. In addition to our Company Onboarding, you will facilitate other programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure seamless training delivery and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar.
Additionally, you will conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. You will serve as a local point of contact for core products, ensuring data integrity and regular content updates. Your role will require strong facilitation, project management, data interpretation and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and adaptability. You should be proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative, with a strong ability to navigate change and apply data-driven insights for impactful learning solutions.
Responsibilities
Facilitation
Main facilitator of Company Onboarding
Delivers offsites in location where suitable
Learning Partnering
Responsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level
Conducts Learning Needs Analysis
Provide data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)
Work with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations
Maintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)
Drive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s).
Coaching and Mentoring
Support coaching and mentoring requests for region
Coach and mentor new team members
Product Ownership
Serve as local POC for core product
Ensure proper data hygiene for products at regional level
Ensure regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed
