Position Objective:

The Talent and Development Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of L&D programs and initiatives in Central Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivers development programs, training and talent development initiatives for the CE region, in line with the organization's objectives;
  • Work with HR Business Partnering and Communication teams on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication;
  • Communicate and promote global & local programs to employees and managers;
  • Be owner of content for selected programs;
  • Apply new technologies into L&D process, coordinate L&D activities across locations and entities and helps related interaction between them to ensure equal treatment;
  • Propose relevant harmonization and other local policies and guidelines;
  • Ensure all related policies are compliant with global requirements and with specific local legislation;
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of development and training programs, adjusting strategies based on results and success indicators;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to talent development, adapting to changes in the labor market;
  • Manage vendor relations and L&D budget;
  • Manage and organizes onboarding program;
  • Own and coordinate people circle processes – Talent assessment and calibration; annual performance review; individual development plans in line with PR Group guidelines;
  • Drive D&I local initiatives ensuring they support Global D&I agenda;
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives;
  • Coordinates people culture surveys, provides analytics and recommendations on a company level;
  • Drive development of one reporting Training & Development Specialist.

What you need to be successful:

  • University Degree in Human Science, Education or similar;
  • Min 5 years of human resources experience with creating learning culture within a dynamic, multinational environment, including experience working in a fast-paced position.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization.
  • Creativity and innovative approach to designing development programs.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in talent development, passion for learning methods, ability to act as an internal coach.
  • Proven experience, and knowledge of effective learning methods;
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English is a must;
  • Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements;
  • Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills
  • Evidence of effectiveness in leading training/development projects, setting and achieving KPIs.
