As a Talent Development Business Partner on the People Services team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Assessing and defining a process to manage the administration of leadership assessments (e.g. Hogan, Korn Ferry, Clifton Strengths, DiSC) to support executive and high-potential development.

  • Designing and implementing a scalable, enterprise-wide 360° leadership feedback program, including tool selection, communications, facilitation, and coaching integration across various leadership levels.

  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and external coaches to deliver assessments or 360 results, embedding career development into various performance or engagement processes.

  • Building and maintaining a career development planning framework that empowers associates and managers to drive individual growth paths.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, or leadership development.

  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of leadership assessment tools and 360 platforms

    • Experience facilitating succession planning and talent review discussions with senior leadership.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

    • Certified in one or more leadership or personality assessments preferred (e.g. Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC)

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; 3 days in office, 2 days teleworking

      • 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
