About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition efforts across the APJ region. In this role, you will be responsible for the logistical execution of our hiring process, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

You will manage high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones and serve as a critical link between recruiters, hiring managers, and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview logistics specifically for the APJ region, demonstrating a strong understanding of regional time zones and scheduling requirements.

  • ATS Management: Maintain high data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring all candidate stages, feedback forms, and job posts are updated accurately.

  • Hybrid Scheduling: Coordinate a high volume of virtual interviews and in-office visits, overseeing all necessary room bookings and video conferencing links.

  • Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear preparation materials throughout the interview loop.

  • Process Advocacy: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure interview panels are balanced. You are expected to provide feedback and push back on scheduling requests that may negatively impact the candidate experience or internal efficiency.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or technical issues in real-time, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

  • Greenhouse Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience using Greenhouse to manage complex recruitment workflows.

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey logistical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative role.

  • Regional Knowledge: Previous experience supporting the APJ market is essential.

  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to manage your desk across various time zones to meet the needs of the APJ recruitment cycle.

  • Volume Management: Proven ability to handle a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Professional Assertiveness: The confidence to manage expectations with internal teams and advocate for process improvements.

  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities; you can anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively suggest solutions.
