This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR. Working alongside our National Talent Manager and Talent team, you'll play a key role in coordinating national recruitment campaigns, sourcing exceptional talent and building proactive talent pipelines that support the continued growth of one of Australasia's largest hospitality groups.

What You'll Be DoingRecruitment Campaign Coordination
  • Coordinate national recruitment campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Manage campaign timelines, advertising schedules and candidate activity to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and operational leaders to support new venue openings, seasonal recruitment and business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, assessment days and hiring activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular recruitment reporting and insights.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Workday and other sourcing platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for operational leadership, culinary and specialist hospitality roles.
  • Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to identify high-quality talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within Workday.
  • Identify new sourcing channels and attraction strategies to continually improve candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
Talent Attraction & Employer Brand
  • Support the creation and optimisation of engaging job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives across social media and digital recruitment channels.
  • Help deliver innovative attraction campaigns that strengthen AVC's position as an employer of choice.
  • Support initiatives that enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What We're Looking ForEssential
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence engaging with candidates and building professional relationships.
  • Experience using recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A genuine passion for sourcing talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Desirable
  • Hospitality recruitment or operational hospitality experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
  • Exposure to talent mapping, market research or proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
