Summary:

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our dynamic EMEA Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee focused on Recruitment Coordination. This internship gives you hands‑on experience in the operational heart of TA: managing interviews across Europe, working with global stakeholders, and ensuring a great candidate and hiring‑manager experience. You will primarily support coordination activities while also getting exposure to recruitment, sourcing, and transversal TA projects.

What You’ll Do

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience (Main Focus)

  • Organize and schedule interviews across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate online, face‑to‑face, panel, and coding/technical interviews, using tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and coding platforms.
  • Prepare and send interview invites, guidelines, confirmations, and follow‑ups, maintaining consistency in tone and templates.
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, last‑minute changes, and exception scenarios with professionalism and speed.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring candidates are informed and supported throughout the process.

Talent Acquisition & Projects

  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers by preparing interview logistics, updating candidate stages in Workday, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team during peak hiring periods, events, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Participate in research tasks, TA analytics, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support basic sourcing activities, such as market research and talent mapping.
  • Assist in screening and identifying profiles for selected roles under guidance.
  • Contribute to transversal projects such workflow optimization, documentation updates, and TA process mapping.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment with time‑zone complexity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • High level of English (spoken and written).
