As a Talent & Capability Partner, you will have a vital role in securing top talent for our operations in Switzerland and Germany. This outstanding opportunity enables you to build a balanced, proprietary talent pipeline while offering critical market insights. Your contributions will be essential in improving our team leaders' selection capabilities and expediting the training of new hires to achieve efficiency swiftly! This role is available on a part-time temporary 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build direct and lasting networks in German-speaking countries, border countries, and EU hubs to secure experienced Chemical Manufacturing Operators (and other production roles)
• Identify and attract talent open to relocation, particularly during workforce reductions in other regions
• Strong capabilities in project management, structuring and reporting
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to improve their ability to select the right profiles
• Work with onsite training managers to improve the training process for new hires, reducing ramp up time

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the chemical manufacturing sector
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to build connections in German-speaking countries and across the EU
• Outstanding communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and attract top talent, especially those open to relocation
• Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs
• Ambitious and determined approach with a dedication to excellence
